1. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.

  • Cancellation will be effective from the date of receipt of written request.

  • The following cancellation charges will apply on the total package cost:

    • 30 days or more before departure: 25%

    • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50%

    • Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: 100% (No Refund)

  • In case of non-refundable bookings (like flights, hotels, or activities), full charges of those services will be applicable even if cancellation is made in advance.

  • No refund will be provided for any partially used services or last-minute voluntary changes made by the guest.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer only, regardless of the original mode of payment.

  • Processing fees or convenience charges collected during booking are non-refundable.

2. Group Size Clause

  • All group departures are based on a minimum required number of participants.

  • In the event the minimum group size is not met, Hipsters Holidays reserves the right to:

    • Cancel the group tour.

    • Convert the group tour into a custom/private trip (at an additional cost, subject to feasibility).

  • In case of group cancellation due to insufficient participation:

    • A full refund will be issued after deducting any applicable flight cancellation charges, visa charges, insurance, or non-refundable advance paid to suppliers.

    • Refund will not be applicable for services that were booked under non-refundable or restricted fares.

    • Hipsters Holidays will not be responsible for any losses incurred on personal bookings made outside of the package (like separately booked flights, hotels, or local activities).

  • Customers are encouraged to wait for official confirmation of group status before making any additional travel arrangements.

3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Hipsters Holidays will not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of services due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, landslides)

    • Political disturbances or civil unrest

    • Strikes, riots, or government-imposed restrictions

    • Airline or transport operator issues (delays, technical failure, or cancellations)

    • Epidemics, pandemics, or health-related travel advisories

  • In such scenarios:

    • The company will try to reschedule or offer alternative arrangements where possible.

    • Any additional cost arising from such changes will be borne by the customer.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per actual recoverable costs from vendors and suppliers.
